Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are handmade and custom embroidered with care. Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before shipping. During busy seasons (holidays, back-to-school), production may take a bit longer — we’ll always keep you updated!

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Priority Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Local Pickup (Free – available in [Dallas])

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, but we’ll always help track down a missing package.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos or your tracking info, and we’ll work to make it right.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because all of our items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you approved, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items with correct personalization as ordered

  • Sizing errors from customer-provided measurements

  • Normal wear and tear

Your happiness matters to us, so if there’s ever an issue, we’ll do our best to find a solution!
